Enitan is an experienced, resourceful and innovative talent with over 10 years’ experience in customer interfacing functions as customer service and business relationship manager. Having started her career as an airline ticketing and reservation officer at ATC Travels in 2008, she joined SB Telecoms in 2010 and created the company’s corporate care unit within her first few months, serving as team head. She also created job models for the technical support unit when the company expanded its ICT department. She has successfully organized customer forums as well as telephonic and online customer satisfaction surveys. Enitan has won several awards in the areas of performance and improvement, and serves regularly on ad-hoc and strategy committees, including communication, product development, business strategy and event management. She has attended function specific courses in Customer Service at Fate Foundation, and holds a national diploma in Business Studies from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.
