Ibrahim manages the value-chain of the company’s flagship brand, TAMS human resource management system (HRMS) and time attendance application, having served previously as a software quality assurance analyst. He joined SB Telecoms in 2008 as a marketing and sales representative conducting market research and analyzing strategic partner relationships for product lines in the telecoms CUG business. The following year, he moved to the customer relationship team as Account Manager, and built a strong track record of identifying and resolving customers’ issues, managing receivables and account reconciliation. Later, he led the customer experience team and as Certified TAMS Expert (CTE) and trainer, he coordinated product testing as well as training for customers, vendors, installers and staff. He as adjudged the company’s ‘Most Productive Staff’ in 2017, winning and coordinating the TAMS Ambassadors trip to Dubai. Ibrahim, who has attended customer service trainings at Fate Foundation and Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre, holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry.
